With more than 30 years of experience Dr Amer Nabi is a caring professional who will make sure you are well looked after.

Service street medical Centre is wheelchair and pram friendly. Patients are welcome to attend with their carer or support person.

You can contact us via telephone during business hours. Reception staff may ask for 3 forms of identification. Reception staff will triage your needs to determine how we can help you. If required, you may be transferred to our Practice Nurse to discuss your care. Messages may be passed to a doctor for urgent matters. If reception staff have missed your call, they will try to phone you back.
Electronic Communication:
We view the use of unencrypted emails as unsecure. Email communication and SMS will only occur with your consent. If you contact the clinic via email, we will view this as consent for us to email you. We try to reply to all emails within one business day. People who have made an appointment online will receive an electronic notification of their booking. SMS may also be sent to you for appointment reminders and recalls. You may also choose to have prescriptions sent securely to your smart device via email or SMS. Please be mindful that people who have access to your electronic devices may obtain your personal health information.

Home Visits:
Home visits can be arranged when necessary for regular patients of the practice living within a 5 km radius. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for this service.
